Staff-Recruit Canada provides recruitment and staffing services. Recruitment services for employers are provided under separate written agreements, and those agreements take precedence over these terms for the services they cover.
3. No guarantee of employment or hiring outcome
Submitting a resume or application does not guarantee an interview, a placement or a job offer. Hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not guarantee that any vacancy will be filled within a particular time.
4. No fees for job seekers
We do not charge job seekers to apply for vacancies or to be considered for placement. If anyone asks you for payment in our name, please report it to us.
5. Job listings
We aim to keep job listings accurate and up to date. Details may change, and positions may be filled or withdrawn without notice. Listings close on the date shown, or earlier if the position is filled.
6. Your submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, belongs to you or is submitted with authority, and doesn't include malicious files or unlawful content. Don't submit other people's personal information without their permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping job listings in bulk, submitting automated or spam content, or posting misleading information.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, design and branding belong to Staff-Recruit Canada or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Photography is used under licence.
9. Third-party links
Links to other websites, including government resources, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and its content, including career insights, are provided for general information. They are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, Staff-Recruit Canada is not liable for losses arising from use of the website.
